OH MY GOD, POOR RUSSIAN.
According to Heika, Russian had surgery this morning to insert a screw into the fractured bone in his right foot. The move was made to ensure that he’ll be ready for playoffs.

Poor guy. Same thing with Bouche, they tried to give it a chance, but ended up with surgery.
It’ll give him a chance to get his groin all healthy, too. He’ll be all rested and ready for the playoffs.
And he’ll be hungry to get back, too.
